Within a few hours it was gone. Wow. I've also been working with a coach to help me with a couple very advanced and difficult pole tricks. The result of this is working the same trick over and over again and therefor working and wearing out the same muscles over and over and over again. Much to my surprise, I am never sore the next day.
It appears that pole dancing has really toughened up my body. Muscles don't strain as easily and those that do, heal quickly. I continue to discover all kinds of great new health benefits to this art form and it never ceases to amaze and delight me.
