pictures from last Saturday's event

I'm glad I decided against the red dress/devil costume for the fairy ball last Saturday. The Mercury is so poorly lit that you couldn't see anyone's costumes. You had to either take them over to the bar (where there is light) or outside (and yes, it was actually better lit outside in the dark alleyway that had no streetlights) to see what they were wearing. So it would have been a complete waste to wear it there. And I really enjoyed putting together my shredded green costume instead. It makes me immensely proud to get compliments on something I put together and made myself. I even made the tulle underskirt with just some tulle and a needle and thread.
