It's an experiment at the club, they've never had go-go dancers before. I didn't ask but it sounds like they want dancers every Saturday night (that's 4 nights a month of work). They wanted me to start this Saturday but I told them the truth: I've lost a lot of weight and I need to try and gain it back first. Nobody wants to see a skeleton of a girl on a go-go box. Well, that's part of the truth. The rest is that I haven't exercised or danced in at least 6 weeks and I need that 10 days to try and build some endurance back. Is this possible??
They'll let me start May 1st. I could probably gain some fat pretty easily in 10 days. But that won't make me look any better. I need muscle. I can't develop my arms in 10 days but my abs have some kind of muscle memory going on where I can gain that muscle after about a week of sit ups. So the plan is to have a protein shake (possibly with ice cream for extra calories) every night after dinner and then work out/dance about an hour after that.
