PayPal messing me up

In other business news, since PayPal has upgraded their system they now causing me problems. One of my customers wants to know why, when she pays me, she gets a confirmation from PayPal telling me that she has actually paid herself the money. PayPal said they can't figure out why their system is doing it but there is a trouble ticket out on it.

Also I can no longer check by a client's e-mail address to see if they paid me or not. That feature no longer works on PayPal. PayPal tells me this is an existing problem with a trouble ticket already out.

My business depends on their efficiency since they are how I collect credit card payments. Why didn't some one at PayPal test their new software before actually implementing it online!?
