Yes, maybe and probably not

The new Frederick's of Hollywood catalog just arrived and I simply must order this:

And finally, a formal dress I really like but probably won't order since I have WAY too many formal dresses right now:

How would you say this?

All you writer types, could you please help me phrase something correctly? My current registration process includes a check box they must check in which they agree to the no-refund policy. The order will not go through if they don't check that box. I've decided to add a second box that says something along the lines of...

I am a woman at least 18 years of age or older. I understand that if I am under 18 or not a woman, I will not be able to participate and I will not be given a refund.

Or maybe...

I am an adult female and can provide ID to prove that I am over the age of 17. I agree that if I am not at least 18 or older or not a woman, I will be turned away and I will not be given a refund.

Okay, those are both pretty sloppy. Can anyone help me make the wording more clear and professional? Thanks!

The season finale of South Park is about how they have Vampires in their school. I haven't watched the show in years. But I give them kudos for being so up on current pop culture. I hope they do a fabulous job of spoofing Twilight.
