Today at the health food co-op I discovered sugar free chocolate chip cookies sweetened with corn malt, white grape juice and rice syrup. Normally naturally sweetened cookies and cakes taste a bit like sawdust. But these are really good. Looks like I'll be enjoying desert every night!
