S Factor pole dancer Sheila Kelley

learned some new tricks!

I learned a new inverted pole trick last night and I'm dying to post a picture of it! But I can't find a picture of it online anywhere. I have links to dozens of pole dancing schools all over the world and not one of them has a picture of it. I'm beginning to wonder if there aren't very many of us that can do it.

Must find picture!!

a shout from the past

I just got an e-mail from some one updating me on their life and I had no idea who it was! After much wondering, it finally came to me. I had a couple hospital stays in 2004, the longest being when I was hospitalized for 8 days in the summer. For anyone who's never been stuck in the hospital, it's boring as hell. And visitors only fill a tiny bit of time. Lucky for me I made a friend on my floor and we spent a lot of evenings hanging out and watching movies together. He was released from the hospital before me and much to my surprise, sent me a bouquet of white roses while I was still there. We kept in touch a bit afterward but I had too much going on to really put any time into being friends outside the hospital. He respected that and I haven't heard from him in over a year.

By the e-mail it sounds like he is doing well and facing life's challenges with a new love by his side. I can't imagine what prompted him to write all of a sudden. Funny thing is, I still have the roses. Unfortunately white roses turn yellow when you dry them, so they aren't so pretty anymore. But it was nice to get flowers. Everyone should get flowers when they are in the hospital.
