business card question

I've got Publisher at work so I'm going to work on and print up my business cards tomorrow so I'll have them ready to give out at the pole dancing party I'm going to on Saturday. But I'm not quite ready to give out my number yet. I haven't even decided which I would rather use for business, my home or cell phone. And I prefer e-mail anyway so I can document everything and keep track of what I discussed with who. And my website, as modest and simple as it is right now, does a much better job of explaining what I do and what I teach than I do.

Is it unprofessional not to include a phone number? Would it be bad to give out a business card with only a website and e-mail address on it? I mean what are the chances that a gal or two with no computer at work or home will get a copy of my card, think "ooooohhh, I really want to take her class", but then have no way to get a hold of me?
