What HTML is causing that little blue line line in the middle?

Working on the new classes web page design. A test of the boxes shows a mysterious blue link line between the two top boxes. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong in the HTML to cause this? Can I get rid of the tiny blue link line?

Tested the page in Internet Explorer 8, Chrome and latest version of Firefox, and I see no blue line on any browser.
