Last night I practiced the "helicopter" pole move several times during pole practice. Apparently this move really pulls and strains the back muscles that run parallel to the spine from mid back to neck. And I'm not entirely sure how to correctly stretch those muscles below the neck. I did manage to execute this pole move perfectly once, holding it as I slid all the way down the pole and landed gently on my back. But as a result my neck now hurts like hell. I guess some times a girl just has to suffer for her art. Too bad I can't order a new back from Dell's website too.
Things are broken
