Sugar free pumpkin pie for breakfast. Go me!

sugar substitute i researched today: xylitol is pretty cool. It apparently has antibacterial properties (bascterial attech themselves to it since it's a sugar alchohol but then they can't actually eat it or can't get enough calories out of it or something and starve to death) so it's good for dental health. Seems to promote bone density. Some negative impact on liver at very high doses in tests on dogs (it is an alchohol which gets processed by the liver afterall). Accurs naturally in some plant fibers (where it was first derived). Low glycemic impact and ~1/3rd the calories of sucrose (table sugar).
