scrubbing the walls

We use the walls in the studio to do sensual wallwork, which is basically seductive dancing on a wall that builds muscle in your core, your arms and your legs. For some reason, this has made the walls in the studio very dirty. I guess clothing and human skin have grime you can't even see. And over time, it builds up on the walls if you use them a lot.

So I just scrubbed the studio walls with a mixture of hot water and trisodium phosphate. Even though I wore gloves, my fingers feel gritty now. Ah, the glamorous life of a business owner.

have you tried warm water and baking soda? Also good for odors.
