ravenmimura's previous sentiment regarding UPS. You see my photo shoot is tomorrow (Saturday) at 1pm. The thigh high PVC platform lace up boots I needed that were delayed in customs by two weeks were shipped overnight to make up for the delay. So UPS tried to deliver them today...at 6:30pm. I didn't know they were on the way (the retailer forgot to call me and tell me) so I wasn't home. But even if I knew they were coming I certainly would have given up waiting after 5pm.So after seeing the delivery attempt notice I called UPS and explained that I needed the package now. I was informed that they will not be delivered until Monday. I was also informed that the station where you can pick it up is closed on weekends. Flat out...UPS is holding them hostage until Monday. The photo shoot is Saturday. I have no job and blew $65 on them for nothing. :(
