Two of my instructors have a connection with a bar in the University District. One of them works there and the other knows the promotions manager there. The bar is working with me to set up pole workshops. My concern at first was that it wouldn't work because they would allow alcohol as well as men present. But the promotions manager called me and assured me they would close the bar to men for the duration of the workshop as well as hold off on the alcohol. In exchange for not not making alcohol profits for that time, they would take a percentage (maybe half) of the tuition. They just ordered a stage style pole as well.

I'm happy to work at the reduced price in exchange for the new business this could bring to the studio. Most girls who take any kind of sample workshop, want to take classes afterward. Both the promoter and I said that this feels like it was meant to be, since he just happens to know two of my instructors. I'm very excited about this!
