Speaking of Neale, yesterday started out with 2 more hours of theology. I'll make posts about all that when I get back and have more internet access, since those kinds of posts tend to inspire some pretty heated debates.
Then I put on my new down coat and grabbed my binoculars and camera and headed to the deck to see Hubbard Glacier (see yesterday's post for details). I was surprised at how they made us feel pampered out there on the main deck. They had wine and champagne ready as well as bread and cheese. Then, as if that wasn't enough, they brought out bowls of complimentary soup for all of us to enjoy as we viewed the glaciers.
My lunch break consisted of shortribs, green beans and potatoes as well as pear and apple and walnut salad for desert.
After a little more glacier viewing, it was off to the salon for my hot stone massage. In addition to having my back massaged with hot stones, I got a 20 minute foot and ankle massage. It was divine!
Then it was back for another seminar with Neale. Holy cow my brain and my notebook are crammed with so much theology!
Then it was back to the buffet for a snack to tide me over until dinner. Then we went to a magic show with an award winning magician.
Then off to our fabulous dinner where I chose a crab dip appetizer, cold berry soup and main course of caribou and vegetables.
We ended the day in our cabin by watching a movie before falling into a dead and exhausted sleep. We pack so much into our days here!
