The owner has agreed to the August 15th move in date. I am the proud leaser of a very nice, only 3 year old, commercial space for my studio along with two floors of swank living space above it. Every other commercial space I have looked at before this was old and in need of paint and fixing. This one is ready to go.

I don't want to celebrate just yet until I sign the lease. And before I sign the lease, I have to go to the land use planner city office on Monday and find out what kind of use they classify me as and if it works with the building code. That just makes absolutely sure I have everything they want me to have for my classification of business (like how many restrooms they require me to have and little things like that). The building and restroom is handicapped accessible, so I'm confident it will meet every requirement they have.
