Is it possible that Comcast just sucks so bad that a few times a day they go down for 5 to 10 minutes?
Whatever the reason, I don't want to have to chase down and continually try to follow up on a client to send me $100 deposit when they were trying to give it to me right on the phone (but I couldn't take it with internet down). I'm thinking of switching to one of those $60 per month TMobile things that you plug into your computer and it gives you internet anywhere. I'm only paying $25 a month for internet now, so I don't like the idea of more than doubling my internet expense. But it's ridiculous and embarrassing to tell a client you'll have to call them back or invoice them later because you can't accept credit card payments while your internet is down.
