another spell

Well now I know that the dizzy spells are not caused by anything in my home because I'm nowhere near home. I was taken by surprise when I started feeling dizzy in the shower this morning. Instead of the usual spinning room, I felt everything on my right side just go dark (like a black out). I knew that if it happened on the left side too that I would pass out, so I shut off the shower and laid down on the tiled shower floor. I lost track of time but I was there something like 5 minutes wondering what I was going to do. I couldn't get up without feeling like I was going to throw up or pass out. My aunt's house is huge and even if I called for help, no one would hear me. So I had to just stay curled up on the shower floor hoping it would pass. Eventually I was able to get up long enough to wrap up in a towel and then made a dash for the bed to lay down. Every time I tried to get up to do something, like get dressed, I could only stay up for a few minutes before I got dizzy again and had to lay down. Lucky for me the entire thing was over in about 45 minutes. So now I know a few things:

1. The spells are coming about once per month now
2. I need to start keeping a record of them for the doctor
3. They are always different, ranging from a spinning room to near blackouts
