The doc said my ears were a bit red inside, but did not appear to be infected. So I guess we can rule out an inner ear infection as the cause of the vertigo. She said there is something going around that can make you really sick for one day. So I guess Saturday night and Sunday are due to that or food poisoning. There is a test she said we can do for my vertigo but she didn't remember the name of it and couldn't reach the specialist by phone while I was waiting. So she has to reach him and call me back.
Honestly I'm one of the healthiest people I know. I eat insanely healthy and I'm physically active for at least 4 hours a day. There's just no logical explanation for any of this. I'm a bit wobbly today but I do need to teach tonight, regardless. Wish me luck.
Edit: I now have an appointment to see a neurologist on December 12th. This seems like a heck of a lot of trouble. If I were not spinning around and hanging upside down from a pole for a living, I probably wouldn't bother.
