trapped in luxury

Thanks for all the driving advice everyone. I actually won't be driving at all. There isn't anything I can think of at the moment that is worth putting myself and others at risk on the road. I also have a philosophy of never living anywhere that is not walking distance from a grocery store, in case of emergency. Granted the 9 block walk might be a bit chilly, but I'm getting tired of what I have in the fridge.

The snow still hasn't melted, so I expect today's private students to cancel as well. I feel a bit trapped here, but I am trapped in luxury. I have internet, tv with cable, a DVD I just got from Netflix, heat, food, and both a land line and a cell phone with which to reach friends. And unlike most folks, I don't have to be at a regular type job. Although I will still be working on a ton of admin type projects all day from home since registration for my 2007 classes opens up next week and I need to figure out the new online shopping cart system I just signed up for. I'd say I've got it pretty good. But I still feel a bit trapped.
