I recommend the class. It’s a lot of fun and a great workout. I purchased a pole and have enjoyed working on the lessons at home.

I’m much less self-conscious about my body now. I gained quite a bit of arm strength and I learned to walk in heels.
They also made some suggestions for class improvement (I asked for that) and I'm noting them
~Make a hand-out from the "I can't be sexy because..." list. A lot of students have this stigma and the handout as optional homework helps them figure out where that negative message came from so they can let it go.
~Do more pole walking in the beginning so they can learn to trust the pole. This includes that falling into motion that comes right before the fireman spin.
~Extend the class to 2 hours.
~Find a way to help them get out of their heads more because they are still concerned about how they look to the other class members as they do the pole routines.
