I often wake up feeling like some one beat me the hell up. But by mid-morning I'm fine. I guess this means my body is healing quickly from whatever the heck I do to it. I think even my pole bruises are healing faster than they used to. Is this a side effect of working out longer and harder?
Also if I didn't know any better I'd say there's even some new muscle development in my calves. Although I can't figure out how the hell pole dancing is beefing up my calves. Maybe it's walking in those 6 inch platform heels? What the heck?
