Showing off my new shorts! I guess you'd have to flip the picture upside down to read them though. This move I'm doing is called the "Cat Pounce" and it's just part of the floor work I teach to my students during the first class. That's right ladies, by the first class you'll be doing some sultry floor work.
Showing off my muscle! I've had scrawny, skinny girl arms my entire life. Now thanks to pole dancing, I finally have the muscle tone I always wanted. No working out, no weight lifting, just naturally building muscle while continually exceeding my own expectations and finding out I can do more and more challenging pole tricks. Pole dancing is the most fun you can have while building up your body.
Showing off my cat, because I love her. Two of my passions in life are pole dancing and cats. It's only natural that they should come together. My little girl Meushi really enjoys my dance studio. She likes to climb up the extra large boxes that the dancing poles were shipped in.
Showing off a new trick! Okay, the tricks is not so much a new one for me. But a graceful and smooth landing from this trick is. Last night I finally nailed it! That extended leg just lowers to the floor as I let go of the pole and I flip over forward and gracefully stand. Constantly conquering new tricks like this is what makes pole dancing so challenging and exciting. I don't think working out or lifting weights is nearly as much fun as constantly finding out what new and fantastic things you can do like this on the pole. You never get bored because there's always something new like this to challenge you.
